MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Starting his training journey at 16, Coach Andy first delved into boxing before expanding his martial arts repertoire under the guidance of Mauricio Amado, the esteemed founder of Evolucao Thai in Brazil and Canada.

Spending several years competing on the amateur circuit in a variety of disciplines, including Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Kickboxing, Andy then transitioned into the professional arena, showcasing his talents in both Muay Thai and MMA.

Holding a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt from Rafael Lovato Jr. and a Muay Thai black belt from Mauricio Amado, Andy’s dedication to the martial arts is evident. His true passion lies in teaching, dedicating his time to both mastering and sharing martial arts knowledge and techniques to his students and training partners.

Coach Andy is responsible for overseeing all of the striking programs at our school.
